Each OMG food trailer is custom built by our expert craftsmen in friendly Azle, Texas. We use quality American steel, highway-rated tires, a locally-made 3,500 lb axle, and a durable powder coating. 

Fast production

We offer some of the fastest production times on custom-built food trailers for any trailer manufacturer in the United States, typically only 14 to 21 days from initial order to final pickup.

FLEXIBLE FINANCING

We have partnered with multiple financing providers and our no credit check, lease to own program requires only 10% down and is delivered at 50% paid. We offer flexible financing options for all of our food trailers.

The steam wells can be used to assemble plates, or used to serve buffet-style as a mobile catering kitchen for events and parties.

THE FLOW OF FOOD

SMOKE OR STAY WARM
The 16-gauge 22" x 22" x 36" steel vertical smoker has two built-in racks and room to add your own. Use it as a smoker with wood, charcoal, or a mix, or as a warming box to hold up to 400 degrees vented off the griddle.
GRILL TO PERFECTION
Grill to perfection on the Santa Maria-style charcoal grill, with a hand-adjustable rack up to 16″ to control the cooking temperature. Use wood, charcoal, or a combination of the two.
PLENTY OF PREP SPACE
Slice it, dice it, and chop it on the attached stainless steel cutting boards. Easy to clean and perfect for prep work or for use as extra serving space.
KEEP IT COOL
Keep your food cold in any environment in the included five cubic foot chest freezer, powered anywhere by the battery system. Turn it down and use it as fridge.
KEEP CLEAN
The stainless steel four-compartment sink enables you to wash both your utensils and your hands. A tall divider separates the two, helping to pass health inspections for fairs, events, and catering.
COOK ANYTHING
Grill, boil, and fry on the 36” Blackstone griddle with removable drip pan and four independently-controlled 15,000 BTU burners. Burgers, veggies, breakfast, and more cook evenly on the thick, rolled surface.
SIMPLE SERVING
Stack your plates, bowls, napkins, and utensils or any other items of your choice on a pair of removable metal shelves. Keep your condiments in the attached holder.
HOLD AT ANY TEMPERATURE
Three 30,000 BTU burners provide heat to the steam table. The four steam tray slots can hold the various sizes of your hotel-size restaurant pans.

Trailer siding can be in the unique and attention-grabbing aluminum diamond plate or as 16-gauge panels. Panels can accept after-market decals or wraps.
SHOW YOUR COLORS
All trailers receive a local, durable powder-coated finish in any color. We've painted OMGs in everything from neon green to classic black. 
FLY YOUR FLAG
Your brand name or logo is plasma cut into the trailer's panel. Additionally, the two 2" metal opening hold a banner, umbrellas, flags, or sign.

Show off your brand on the attachable marquee sign with your customized name plasma-cut into one side. Write your menu on the flip-side chalkboard.
COLD REAR TRAY
In contrast to the heat, add three cold wells to hold ice and beverages. This add-on unit, complete with drain, is attached to the rear of the trailer.

Common Questions:

What kind of vehicle do you need to pull an OMG? 
With every trailer under 1,100 pounds, virtually any vehicle with a tow package can pull an OMG. Tabatha pulls her OMG behind a Mini Cooper! However, please check your vehicle’s manufacturing towing recommendations.
What colors can I order an OMG in?
You can pick any color! Each trailer is powder-coated for durability in any color of your choice, at no additional charge.
Can you ship an OMG? How much does it cost?
We've shipped concession trailers all over the continental US, and have even sent trailers oversees for use by the United States military! Shipping varies by season and distance, give us a call for a quote. You can also pick it up at our manufacturing facility just outside of Fort Worth, Texas. 
How does the lease-to-own program work?
With only 10% down, we'll put you on a 12-month payment plan. When 50% is paid, we'll ship your OMG! Everyone is approved, no credit check required. Please see our lease-to-own page, 5% processing fee. Need it now? We have multiple traditional financing partners.
Will this pass a health inspection?
As health codes vary by state, county, and city, and can be vastly different even within the same jurisdiction, depending on what food or drink is being sold. However, we have hundreds of customers operating successful businesses with their OMG who regularly pass health inspections at fairs, events, and food trailer courts. Additionally, many nonprofits, government agencies, and companies feeding employees onsite are exempt from these inspections.
I need a few things modified. Will you customize?
Since all of our food trailers are built from the ground-up to order right in our own facility, we routinely adjust trailers for the intended flow of food, use case, and health code requirements. We also build fully custom food trailers and mobile kitchens.

1. ORDER YOUR OMG WITH ONLY 10% DOWN
You put down a 10% deposit on an OMG affordable concession trailer and we’ll put you on a 12-month payment plan. Everyone is approved; with no credit check required. There's a 5% fee for using the lease-to-own program.
2. RECEIVE YOUR OMG AFTER 50% IS PAID
Unlike traditional layaways, you can receive your OMG food trailer when only 50% is paid plus the 5% processing fee. You get to enjoy your new concession trailer that much sooner!
3. CALL TO SAY YOU'D LIKE YOUR OMG BUILT
Call us to confirm how you’d like your OMG built and we’ll make the final choices with you on color, minor modifications, and pickup or shipping arrangements. 
4. FINISH MAKING YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS
The majority of our clients using the plan make the lease-to-own payment from revenue or donations made by its immediate use.
